This policy explains what we collect when you use zhr.vn, why we collect it, where it is stored, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who we are

ZHR Global is an HR and workforce services brand operating from Hanoi, Vietnam. We decide how and why the personal data described below is handled. For any question about this policy, or to make a request about your data, write to solution@zhr.vn.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us. The enquiry form collects:

  • Your name, company and position
  • Your work email, phone number and country
  • What you are planning: the support you need, estimated team size, expected timeline and roles
  • Anything you write in the message field

We also record automatically which page you came from, which button you clicked, and the time you submitted. If you contact us through the Talent Network or Expert Network, you may additionally send us professional background or career information. We do not ask for identity document numbers, bank details, health information or any other sensitive category of data, and we ask you not to send them through this form.

Why we collect it

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant workforce or salary information, and keep a record of the conversation. Where European law applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Where your data is stored

Enquiries are delivered to a Google Workspace account we control and stored in Google Sheets. Google may process and store this data on servers outside Vietnam, including in the United States. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub keeps standard server logs, including visitor IP addresses, for security and operations. We use no other system to store or process enquiries.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising, remarketing or session-recording tools, and carries no third-party tracking pixels. One item is saved in your browser: your choice of language. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google each time a page loads. Pages also link to external sites such as LinkedIn and published research; once you follow such a link, that site's own policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you what personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your data
  • Withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it
  • Send you a copy of what you submitted

Write to solution@zhr.vn and we will respond within 30 days. These rights are given under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention under Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
